New Tricks

It's been a few weeks since I've posted. It's amazing how much can happen in a baby's development in just a few weeks. Dane is eating food twice a day now. He loves his bananas and sweet potatoes. He also flips from back to belly. This morning we found him contently sleeping on his belly. We are going to have to get down on the floor and baby proof our home soon. It's only a matter of time before our little guy starts crawling!

Anniversary

Today is my 3 year anniversary. Many people I know are in relationships with second best candidates. Not me, I feel blessed to have found my true love. Tonight we'll probably do a couple of our favorite things to do together to celebrate the day and our anniversary.
1. Eat a super delicious, mostly healthy meal.
2. Take a walk around the community.
3. Share a bottle of wine.

Human Development

It's amazing to see human development from day 1. Dane is becoming more aware and his personality is starting to shine. He's reaching out with his arms and standing on his legs. His voice is loud and his actions are aggressive. He's going from an outside extension of myself to his own person. Wow, what a process! Here he is in his new toy from Aunt Jenny. He loves it!
